Booking & Cancellation Terms

ROOTS is live coaching and education delivered by Josette Ricketts. It is not therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for mental-health treatment.

€297 — ROOTS: From Surviving to Soaring, paid once. It includes:

• Live three-hour Zoom Intensive: Saturday, October 17, 2026, 4–7 p.m. Madrid time
• Personalized 90-Day Soaring Blueprint
• Private WhatsApp accountability community
• Weekly group check-ins and encouragement
• Guided implementation and reflection exercises
• Written progress reviews on Days 30, 45, 60 and 90
• Three 60-minute group Zoom coaching calls around Days 45, 60 and 90

Weekly check-ins take place in writing within the group and are not weekly live calls. Unlimited access and individual weekly replies are not included. Exact group call dates and times are shared by email.

Counting October 17, 2026 as Day 1, the program ends on Day 90, January 14, 2027. Milestones: Day 30 — November 15, 2026; Day 45 — November 30, 2026; Day 60 — December 15, 2026; Day 90 — January 14, 2027.

Instalment plans are not offered.

Payment is made on PayPal through a PayPal.Me link. The website does not process, verify, or record payments, and it does not enrol you or send Zoom details automatically.

After paying, email sayno2toxic@gmail.com with your name and PayPal transaction ID. Josette will verify your payment and email your ROOTS joining details. Never send card or bank details.

Joining details for the live Zoom Intensive and the WhatsApp community are sent by Josette Ricketts after she has verified your payment.

If you cannot attend the Intensive, write to sayno2toxic@gmail.com as early as you can. You may ask to transfer your place to the next scheduled cohort if one is available, or request a refund where applicable.

Agreeing to a transfer does not remove any statutory rights you have.

If Josette Ricketts reschedules the Intensive, you will be offered a place on the rescheduled date or a refund.

Of the €297 price, €200 is allocated to the 90-day support. After completing the Intensive, you may request a €200 refund if no paid follow-up support has been delivered. The calendar start date alone does not mean support has been delivered.

If paid follow-up support has been delivered, a refund request will be assessed against the services actually delivered and your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Teaching portions of ROOTS Zoom sessions may be video-recorded so enrolled participants can catch up or revisit the material; replays are shared privately with enrolled participants. Separately, Josette uses Zoom AI Companion for AI-assisted meeting notes and summaries; notes about individual participants are kept private.

You will be told before recording or AI-assisted notetaking begins and how access works, and any required consent will be obtained first. Both are paused during sensitive personal sharing. Recordings, notes, and your contributions are not used publicly or for marketing without your separate permission. Confidentiality between group members cannot be guaranteed. These arrangements do not automatically apply to free fit calls. See the Privacy Notice.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory consumer rights you have under the law that applies to your purchase, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may apply. No waiver of those rights is assumed.
