This website has no contact form, account sign-in, or newsletter sign-up. Buttons on this site open your own email program or take you to PayPal or Calendly. Those services handle your information under their own privacy notices.

When you email SayNo2Toxic, your email address, message, and anything you choose to include reach Josette’s email account. They are used to respond to you and arrange your ROOTS place. Please do not send card details, bank details, or sensitive personal information by email.

Free 15-minute fit calls are booked through Calendly, which handles the name, email address, and time slot you submit. The recording and AI-notes arrangements described below for ROOTS sessions do not automatically apply to fit calls.

Payments open on PayPal, not in a checkout on this website. To match a payment to a booking, Josette asks you to email your name and your PayPal transaction ID. She verifies the payment and sends joining details by email.

The live Intensive and group coaching calls take place on Zoom. Two separate things may happen during ROOTS sessions:

• Video recordings. Teaching portions of ROOTS sessions may be recorded so enrolled participants can catch up or revisit the material. Teaching replays are shared privately with enrolled participants only.
• AI-generated notes and summaries. Josette uses Zoom AI Companion to produce AI-assisted meeting notes and summaries. Notes about individual participants are kept private.

You will be told before recording or AI-assisted notetaking begins, including how replays and notes can be accessed, and any required consent will be obtained before those features are enabled. Recording and AI-assisted notetaking are paused during sensitive personal sharing.

Recordings, notes, and participant contributions are not used publicly or for marketing without your separate permission.

Participants are invited to a private WhatsApp group for accountability and encouragement. Other members may be able to see your phone number, name, profile details, and messages you post, depending on your WhatsApp account and the group’s settings. WhatsApp handles your information under its own privacy notice.

ROOTS includes group sessions and a group chat. Members are asked to respect each other’s privacy, but anonymity and confidentiality between group members cannot be guaranteed. Share only what you are comfortable with others in the group knowing.

Email inquiries, fit-call bookings, payments, online sessions, and the community involve these third-party services: your and Josette’s email providers, Calendly, PayPal, Zoom (including Zoom AI Companion), and WhatsApp.
